All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days for US orders and 8-14 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. US orders over $50 ship free.

Returns

If your order is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wearvivra.com and we will walk you through the simple return steps. Once your return is confirmed, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Items should be unworn (trying them on is fine) and returned in their original condition.
